I care about your privacy and want you to understand what happens to the personal information you share with me when you enquire about or participate in Into Motherhood.

I am the data controller for the personal information I collect in connection with Into Motherhood.

Depending on how you interact with Into Motherhood, I may collect:

● information you provide when booking a discovery call;
● your due date and other information relevant to participating in the programme;
● information you voluntarily provide in the programme intake form;
● payment and transaction information;
● information you share during the programme or in the WhatsApp group;
● emails and other communications between us.
I aim to collect only information that is relevant and necessary for providing the programme.
Some information you may choose to share with me may concern your health or pregnancy. Health information is considered sensitive personal data under the GDPR, so I will only ask for information that is relevant to supporting your participation and will handle it with appropriate care.

I use your information to:

● determine whether Into Motherhood is an appropriate fit;

● provide the Zoom sessions, recordings and WhatsApp group;

Into Motherhood uses trusted third-party services to help provide the programme, including:
● Systeme.io — website, forms and programme administration;
● Stripe — payment processing;
● Calendly — discovery-call scheduling;
● Zoom — live sessions and recordings;
● WhatsApp — group communication.
These services may process personal data according to their own privacy policies and terms. Some of these providers may process or store data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the provider is responsible for putting appropriate safeguards in place as required by applicable data protection law.
5. Confidentiality
Information shared with me privately is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect someone’s vital interests or safety.
Please be aware that Into Motherhood includes a group WhatsApp space and live group sessions. While participants are asked to respect confidentiality, I cannot guarantee what other participants may do with information shared within the group.

I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Access to participant information is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide and administer the programme.
7. How long I keep your information
I keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
When information is no longer needed, I will delete or securely dispose of it where reasonably possible.
