You're on the threshold of one of the biggest changes you can ever go through - becoming a mother.
Your body is changing. Your relationships are changing. Your brain goes through a huge shift, comparable to what happened in adolescence - but in a much shorter time.
How do you hold yourself through this? A million decisions to make, so many options… How do you know what’s right for YOU?
INTO MOTHERHOOD is a self paced course for pregnant women who want to start this new phase of life feeling deeply connected to their body, their baby, and themselves.
INTO MOTHERHOOD TOGETHER is a three month pregnancy container where you receive extra support throughout this process. We meet online once a week with a small group of women due around the same time. To get ready for birth and postpartum together.
You’re looking for space to prepare deeply and explore what is true for you.
Come home to your innate knowing. Trust yourself and make sovereign decisions, whatever comes your way.

You want to explore rather than be told, to listen inward, and to actively shape your pregnancy, birth and postpartum period
You’re pregnant with your first baby, or you’re already a mother who wants to experience greater clarity and ease this time
You view pregnancy and birth as a transformation - not simply a medical event
You want to feel confident voicing your choices with care providers and the people supporting you
You want to be supported by a group of women going through the same process (INTO MOTHERHOOD TOGETHER is for you)

INTO MOTHERHOOD takes you deep into your body. It contains twelve sessions of movement material, twelve guided meditations, twelve journalling journeys and a workbook to plan your birth and postpartum.
Most birth preparation gives you information about what might happen. This program is about developing your relationship with yourself, so you can meet what happens - physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally.
Some sessions may be practical. Some may open questions you didn’t know you were carrying.
Bit by bit you'll find out what’s important to you, what to practice in order to get there, and how to stay open if things turn out differently.
And if you're looking for a sense of community, for other women to prepare with, or for a more personal and ceremonial kind of guidance, INTO MOTHERHOOD TOGETHER is for you.

I’m writing this on the couch in our apartment in Den Haag. It’s 9:30pm, and I can hear my partner humming to one or two crying babies upstairs.
Why am I spending every little possible moment getting this program online? When I’m probably in the busiest, most intense time of my life?
Because NOW IS EXACTLY THE TIME. I am in the middle of it myself, I know exactly what you’re going through.
What supports me is 25 years of experience working with my body. As a professional dancer, a movement coach, a yoga teacher. Always searching for ways to inhabit my body more deeply.
What shapes me is the births of my four babies.
Each of my pregnancies was life changing. I was able to access my intuition - deep physical knowing - connection to the beyond - something I don’t really have words for. After each birth I dropped deeper into myself.
Carrying and birthing my twins was completely insane. I spent most of my pregnancy fighting to be able to birth my way (at home), finally realizing we had to choose between a freebirth or a hospital birth with a lot of compromises.
I chose the second. It was tough and very lonely, but it taught me how to speak up for myself and gave me an even more unfaltering trust in my body. Especially within a very unfamiliar setting full of protocols that didn’t make much sense to me.
It gave me the physical experience of what I already knew to be true: that the birthing state is SO special and SO susceptible to outside influences. That preparation is everything. That pure strength and vulnerable openness can exist at the same time.
Birth is unpredictable. You can’t know how it will unfold until you’re in it.
What you can practice is to meet yourself in different states. To sit with your sensations and emotions, to vocalize what’s happening within.
This is the core of my program. I give you practices and rituals to dive deep into your physical experience, so you can access what you already know. I help you find your voice, so you can confidently talk to the people that will be with you during birth and postpartum. And I help you put your findings into a clear, actionable plan. So that you are supported throughout.

Over the course twelve sessions, you'll build a very solid toolbox of body based practices. So you can start your road into motherhood with real skills to stay true to yourself. You’ll explore your body as it changes. And we’ll look at what support you’ll need and how to create it around you.
INTO MOTHERHOOD comes with two options: you can do the self paced journey in your own time, or you can add on TOGETHER. The self paced course gives you the freedom to take your time and be with yourself through this. The community add on is for those of you who don't want to do it alone.
Adding on TOGETHER means weekly meetings in a small group of women due around the same time. You go through the materials from the self paced course each week, and the weekly meetings are for deepening, exploring together, sharing about our experiences and asking questions. It also gives a clearer frame: each week you progress through the course, and you get to do it together with me. There is a WhatsApp community to support you throughout your process.

You can start your self paced journey from the moment you find out you're pregnant until the beginning of your third trimester.
I recommend taking your second trimester for it, so you have time to integrate and plan.
The course allows you to cultivate body rituals that work for YOU by introducing physical practices and ways to connect to your baby. You’ll have space to listen inward and develop a deeper sense of what feels right for you.
You also prepare practically for birth and postpartum by mapping out plans, creating a support network, and walking through different scenarios.

The TOGETHER course has set starting dates. It takes twelve weeks.
The groups start every three months, so you're in a group of women who are roughly in the same trimester.
You can sign up for the group with a starting date closest to the beginning of your second trimester.
We meet weekly on a Wednesday evening (8pm AMS time for 90mins). Every week you go through the materials from the self paced course. When we meet we deepen the practices from that week.
There's also time for sharing. And more attention for your birth and postpartum plans.
There will also be a session where you bring your (birth) partner to explore touch before and during birth.

Twelve movement sessions (45m)
Twelve guided meditations (30m)
Twelve journalling journeys
A workbook to track your journey
Birth plan guide
Postpartum support system guide
Practical tools to connect to your body and your baby
Deeper clarity of what feels right for YOU
what you'll receive
All of the above plus:
Twelve weekly zoom meetings in a small group of women due around the same time (Wednesday evenings 8pm AMS time, 90min. Recordings available if you miss a session)
A more ceremonial approach during the live meetings - we deepen the weekly practices through ceremony
Space to share and ask questions
Going deeper into the materials and into specific topics (depending on what's alive in the group)
A WhatsApp community for ongoing support
One private session with me (1h, online or live in Den Haag)
INTO MOTHERHOOD will be launched in January. The self paced course will be available for purchase from early January, with a founding offer starting mid December.

Into Motherhood is for pregnant women who want to approach pregnancy, birth and the transition into motherhood consciously and from a place of curiosity, self-trust and embodied knowing. You can be a first-time mother or have given birth before.
You’ll join during your third trimester. The first cohort begins on 7 October 2026, with women due between December and January.
Into Motherhood is not about preparing for one particular kind of birth. We’ll explore your wishes, your options and different possible scenarios so you can prepare clearly while staying open to what actually unfolds. Whatever your birth looks like, there is space to share, process and be supported.
No. You don’t need to have a particular birth philosophy or plan. What matters is that you’re curious about your own choices and willing to explore what feels right for you.
You are very welcome. Navigating the medical system is an important part of what we can explore together. You’ll have space to prepare for conversations with your care providers, understand your options and communicate what matters to you.
You are also very welcome. Freebirthing in my opinion warrants even more preparation, so if this is something you’re considering, the container could really help you finetune the way you go about it.
That’s absolutely fine. This isn’t about fixing something that is wrong. You may simply want deeper preparation, connection, community and space to explore who you are becoming.
All weekly sessions are recorded and available to everyone in the cohort, so you can catch up whenever you need to.
Yes. If you’d like individual support before 7 October, you can book a one-on-one session with me. This can be a good way to start exploring your questions and preparing for birth before the cohort begins.
Yes. The core program is online, so you can join from anywhere. The main consideration is that the weekly gatherings take place on Wednesday evenings, Netherlands time.
Yes. Participants have the option to book one-on-one sessions with Manou at a special participant rate if they want additional individual support.
This first cohort is designed for women due in December 2026 or January 2027, so that we can move through pregnancy, birth and early motherhood alongside one another.
If your due date falls just outside this window but you feel strongly called to join, please get in touch. We can talk about where you are in your pregnancy and whether this cohort could still be a good fit for you.
If you’re not sure whether Into Motherhood is the right fit for you, you can book a 30-minute discovery call with me. We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re looking for and whether this feels like the right way for us to work together.
You don’t have to figure that out on your own.
Book a 20-minute discovery call with me. We’ll talk about where you are in your pregnancy, what you’re looking for, and what kind of support feels right for you.
It’s a chance for us both to feel into whether working together through this transformational time is the right fit.

By booking and paying for Into Motherhood, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms are here to make clear what you can expect from the programme and what I ask of you in return. I want Into Motherhood to be a space where you feel informed, respected and free to make your own choices.
1. The programme
Into Motherhood is a six-month online group programme supporting women through pregnancy, birth and the transition into motherhood.
The programme includes weekly live Zoom sessions, recordings of those sessions, and access to a private WhatsApp group.
The programme is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and it is not a substitute for care or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Your participation
Participation is voluntary. Any practices, exercises, reflections or invitations offered during the programme are invitations, not requirements. You are always free to decide what feels appropriate for you.
You remain responsible for your own health, wellbeing and decisions throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Where you have questions or concerns relating to your health, pregnancy, birth or baby, you should seek advice from an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.
I do not make any guarantee about a particular pregnancy, birth or postpartum outcome. Birth can unfold in ways that cannot be predicted or controlled, and participation in Into Motherhood does not guarantee a particular type of birth or experience.
3. Medical and professional care
I am not a medical professional, midwife, doctor, psychologist or therapist.
Information shared within Into Motherhood is intended for education, reflection and personal exploration. It should not be understood as diagnosis, medical advice or treatment.
You are responsible for communicating with your own healthcare providers and making your own decisions about your care.
4. Personal responsibility and birth outcomes
Into Motherhood is intended to support you in developing your own understanding, confidence and ability to make informed choices.
However, no preparation can determine how a birth or postpartum experience will unfold. If your birth, pregnancy or postpartum experience differs from what you hoped or planned, this does not mean that you failed to prepare or that the programme failed to produce a particular outcome.
5. Suitability and wellbeing
Into Motherhood is a group programme and requires a willingness to participate respectfully and to engage with the group process.
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue participation where I reasonably believe that the programme is not appropriate for someone’s needs, safety or the wellbeing of the group.
If you require individual medical, psychological or therapeutic support beyond the scope of this programme, you may be encouraged to seek appropriate professional care.
6. Payment
Your place in Into Motherhood is confirmed once payment has been received.
The programme is:
● €1,200 when paid in full, or
● 3 monthly payments of €440.
The payment plan is a commitment to the full programme. Once a payment plan has been started, the remaining payments remain due even if you choose to stop participating, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Because Into Motherhood is a small group programme with limited places, cancellations affect the group as a whole.
If you cancel:
● More than 6 weeks before the programme begins: full refund.
● Between 30 days and 6 weeks before the programme begins: 50% refund.
● Less than 30 days before the programme begins: no refund.
If you are paying by instalments, any unpaid amount that is due under these terms remains payable.
If your place can be filled by another participant from a waiting list, I may, at my discretion, offer a refund or partial refund.
These cancellation terms do not exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
If you choose to leave the programme after it has begun, payments already made are non-refundable and any remaining instalments remain due, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
8. If the programme cannot continue as planned
I will make reasonable efforts to deliver the programme as described.
If circumstances require a change to the schedule, format, facilitator or delivery of the programme, I will communicate this as soon as reasonably possible and make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative.
If I am unable to deliver the programme at all, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
9. Confidentiality and group safety
Into Motherhood is intended to be a confidential and respectful space.
You agree to:
● keep personal information and stories shared by other participants confidential;
● not share another participant’s experiences, words, images or personal information outside the group;
● speak from your own experience rather than presenting your views as universal truths;
● avoid unsolicited advice or judgement;
● respect the different choices, circumstances and experiences of other participants.
Please remember that while everyone is asked to respect confidentiality, no online group environment can guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential.
10. WhatsApp and communication
The private WhatsApp group is intended for connection, questions, sharing and support between sessions.
It is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional care. Messages may not be answered immediately.
If you have an urgent medical, psychological or safety concern, please contact the appropriate emergency or professional service rather than relying on the WhatsApp group.
11. Recordings
Live Zoom sessions may be recorded by me for the benefit of participants who cannot attend live.
The intention is to record the session in a way that does not unnecessarily record participants’ personal contributions. Where participant contributions are included in a recording, the recording will remain within the Into Motherhood group and will not be shared publicly without permission.
Recordings are provided for participants’ personal use and may not be downloaded, distributed, published or shared outside the group.
12. Social media and public sharing
I will not share personal stories, comments or contributions from Into Motherhood publicly without your explicit permission.
You agree not to share another participant’s personal information, stories, images or contributions on social media or elsewhere without their explicit permission.
13. Intellectual property

They are provided for your personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
14. Liability
I provide Into Motherhood with reasonable care and skill, but I cannot guarantee particular outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for loss, injury, damage or outcomes arising from decisions or actions you take in relation to your pregnancy, birth, postpartum period or participation in the programme.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted by law.
15. Changes to these Terms
I may make reasonable changes to these Terms & Conditions where necessary. The version applicable to your participation will be the version you agreed to at the time of purchase, together with any changes that are required by law.
